Ideal candidates are RCIS/CI certified or Cardiovascular Program graduates, with BLS and ACLS requirements. New grads are welcome to apply and will be trained. The team emphasizes patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• RCIS or CI certification or completion of a Cardiovascular Program
• BLS required; ACLS required (or within 6–12 months of hire)
• New grads will be trained and supported in this role
• Strong critical thinking and time-management skills
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and professional demeanor
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced procedural environment

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring safety and sterility
• Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot Cath Lab equipment
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide high-quality patient care and clear communication throughout procedures
• Work with adult cardiac patients (18+) and transplant workups
• Support surgical clearance cases
• Familiar with Cath Lab equipment brands (Siemens, GE, Abbott, Philips, Medtronic)
• Utilize EMR systems (Cerner, McKesson, Sensing)
