Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in San Diego is seeking an experienced Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist to support cath lab procedures and assist cardiologists. This role requires hands-on expertise in EP, ablation, and transseptal prep, with a focus on patient safety and high-quality care.

You will document procedures, monitor hemodynamics, and participate in equipment preparation, ensuring proper supplies and sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Graduate of formal invasive cardiovascular technology program.
• Associate's Degree.
• 2 Years experience as an Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist and electrophysiology
• Must have experience with EP, ablation, and transseptal procedure preparation including equipment, supplies.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assist with performing all Cath Lab procedures.
• Document in MAC Lab Event Log with correct patient ID.
• Interpret hemodynamic functions and respond to abnormal values.
• Maintain infection control and radiation safety.
