Job summary

The Employee Connect is recruiting a Cardiac Interventional Radiographer to scrub cases in its cardiac catheterization lab in Happy Valley, Oregon. The role involves assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, with a focus on patient safety and radiation protection in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent, direct-hire onsite position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in radiography and Oregon license active or eligible.
• Cardiac cath lab scrub experience and ability to wear lead PPE.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; willingness to take call.

Responsibilities

• Scrub diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare sterile fields, instruments, catheters, and devices for each case.
• Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment following radiation safety practices.
• Assist physicians with stents, balloons, and closure devices.
• Monitor patients and respond quickly to changes during procedures.
• Maintain supplies, equipment readiness, and room turnover.
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic health record.
