Job summary

Baptist Health in Richmond, KY is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the Cath Lab on full-time, 1st shift. You will perform imaging for cardiac catheterization procedures and assist in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced interventional suite.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, operating radiographic equipment, ensuring ALARA principles, verifying documentation, and collaborating with nurses and physicians to support acute coronary care services.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography or eligible.
• State Radiation Operator Certification.
• Graduate of CAHEA program or equivalent.
• BLS and ACLS certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform exams within the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Operate radiographic equipment and ensure high-quality images.
• Verify patient identity, prepare patient for procedures, and document thoroughly.
• Maintain ALARA standards and collaborate with nurses and physicians.
