Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee school catering operations in and around Bristol. This 52-week role, Monday–Friday, requires strong people leadership and a hands-on approach to drive service delivery across primary and secondary sites.

You will build client relationships, manage KPIs (Health & Safety, retention, quality and finance) and support your teams while rolling up your sleeves as needed. DBS disclosure may be required.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage schools in and around the Bristol area, which will be a mix of primary and secondary schools. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52-week role working Monday – Friday.

Being commercially astute is also essential for this role and in addition to this you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and help the teams when you need to.
