Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Catering Supervisor at CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY-SAN MARCOS to oversee daily food-service activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes. You will coordinate routine work under management direction on-site.

The position requires 1+ year of related experience with supervisory preference, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
