Sodexo at Minnesota State University Moorhead is seeking a Senior Catering Supervisor to oversee food operations across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, events and casual dining. You will coordinate routine activities and supervise service staff on-site.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to a safe work environment. Requirements include 2+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license; shift flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
