Job summary

Sodexo at YORK COLLEGE OF PENNSYLVANIA is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee daily food operations and coordinate service staff across fast casual, coffee/counter, cafeterias, events and on-site dining. You will ensure quality, safety and service standards while driving efficiency in a dynamic campus environment.

The role requires 1+ years of related work experience with supervisory duties preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.

• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts : Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $26 per hour

What You'll Do: As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provides oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
