Job summary

Parkhurst Dining, part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, seeks a Catering Supervisor to help drive smiling service across events and daily operations. This role requires coordinating staff, ensuring adherence to client and Parkhurst policies, and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

You'll mentor team members, leverage Microsoft Office tools, and support purchasing activities while contributing to a values-driven, growth-oriented environment dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in catering or hospitality, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with team management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members and coordinates with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures; upholds standards.
• Coaches staff on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and communicates effectively.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and reports findings to management.
