Job Summary:

• Serve as a Taziki’s Ambassador, sharing our service, menu, story, and culture
• Provide exceptional customer service in person or over the phone
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders
• Deliver and set up catering orders
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in the catering vehicle
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing to communicate effectively
• Understand POS and Advanced Order systems
• Drive safely, following traffic laws
• Comply with Health Department standards

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Flexible schedule
• Energetic
• Prior food service experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong guest service, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Clean driving record

Employee Requirements:

• Adhere to company standards and policies
• Obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting

Working Conditions & Hours:

• Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, wiping, driving
