Job summary

Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe in Hendersonville, TN is seeking friendly teammates to join our fast-casual team. You’ll help guests by presenting our story, menu, and culture while delivering outstanding service in person or by phone.

Experience is welcome but not required; we’ll teach you. Expect a flexible schedule, daily pay option, free meals on every shift, no late nights, and a clear path toward ownership as you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Flexible schedule.
• Energetic.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be a Taziki’s Ambassador to customers for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face or over the phone.
• Prepare, assemble, and check catering orders.
• Deliver and set up catering orders.
• Ensure the catering vehicle is clean and stocked with supplies.
• Know menu items, packaging, and pricing with the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Understand POS and Advanced Order system.
• Drive safely at all times; abiding by all traffic laws.
• Comply with applicable Health Department standards.
