Specific Accountabilities:

• Will oversee the running of the day-to-day catering operations
• Assist guests with catering product recommendations, requests, special orders, etc.
• Monitor the quality of food and service being provided to our catering guests
• Making deliveries to events and businesses
• Oversee all aspects of deli/bakery operations in manager’s absence
• Ensure daily maintenance of department is completed
• Ensure all waste is scanned out to maintain accurate shrink records
• Ensure all products are prepared to specifications
• Lead deli/bakery staff to achieve sales and labor objectives
• Follow Busch’s safety standards
• Provide input to manager concerning associate performance and department conditions
• Exemplify key concepts of hospitality and fresh food ideas

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• Current certification in food safety
• Excellent attendance and open availability
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Ability to effectively establish priorities
• Ability to make independent decisions in the best interest of Busch’s and guests
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and ability to learn Busch’s applications and technology
• Satisfactory performance history with Busch’s
• Previous management experience is preferred
