Job summary

California Chicken Café is seeking an energetic catering associate to organize and execute our diverse catering options across events and drive-up orders. You will take orders, coordinate deliveries, and deliver hospitality that reflects brand values.

This role requires morning/evening shifts, English fluency, and a willingness to learn our Road to Success program. Experience in hospitality is preferred; 18+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• 1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute catering options to showcase our marketing tool.
• Take catering orders and inquiries via phone or walk up.
• Coordinate deliveries using the delivery platform and drive events as needed.
• Assist in staging, reviewing, and handing off catering orders to drivers.
• Greet guests and deliver hospitality in drive-up service areas.
