You will greet guests, offer menu recommendations, relay orders, ensure quality and presentation, and handle guest questions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen and ensure correct sequence of service.
• Check all items for quality and presentation; ensure attractive and consistent plating.
• Monitor guest needs and address requests or concerns with professionalism.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 35 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).
