Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive and results-drivenCatering & Sales Manager to lead social and corporate catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively sell meeting and event space through proactive outreach, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Respond to and convert inbound leads from corporate clients, planners, and individuals hosting social events.
  • Prepare customized proposals and contracts, aligning event needs with hotel offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to present the property and services in the best light.
  • Manage the client relationship from initial inquiry through signed contract, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in the hotel’s CRM or booking system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with hospitality trends, competitor offerings, and local market activity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel group, catering, or event sales.
  • Proven success in proactive selling, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Marriott hotel sales software (CITY and Fosse) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
