Job summary

Legends Global, operating Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center in Wichita, KS, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager – Catering Sales to lead all F&B operations and drive catering revenue. You will oversee concessions, catering services, and event execution, while building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and extensive experience in budgeting, menu planning, and staff development.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in Food & Beverage or related field.
Experience driving catering sales and developing client relationships.
Strong supervisory and leadership experience with proven team development.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, payroll administration, and financial reporting.
ServSafe Food Manager, Food Allergen, and Alcohol Service certifications, or ability to obtain.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across concessions, catering, and events.
Drive catering sales growth through client relationships and proposals.
Plan menus, dining experiences, and event timelines with internal teams.
Monitor costs, labor, inventory, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports; manage payroll.
