Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the unit sales team to achieve revenue goals and represent the company.
• Build and develop unit sales teams through recruiting, training, scheduling and coaching.
• Develop business performance against sales standards including budgeted goals, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and employees.
• Ensure integrity and accountability in all business dealings.
