Job Summary:

Summary: The Catering Sales Coordinator assists guests with event planning, offers suggestions, and coordinates details with culinary and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds strong relationships with operations, prioritizing accessibility and responsiveness
• Participates in developing and implementing goals, policies, and priorities for premium department activities
• Assists with daily operations and event-day activities as needed
• Ensures premium services exceed guest and client expectations
• Coordinates menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Premium management team
• Updates accounts receivable and follows up on outstanding balances over 35 days past due
• Communicates event details to culinary and operations teams via regular BEO meetings
• Attends meetings and maintains clear communication with clients and guests
• Follows up post-events, sends anniversary cards, and facilitates guest surveys
• Handles multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
