Description

The catering sales support role involves assisting the catering sales team with various tasks related to selling catering services. Responsibilities may include reaching out to and visiting leads, creating prospective customer databases, attending networking and exhibition events, conducting competitive analysis, and providing general administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Catering sales support must be an excellent brand representative for Smokey Mo's TX BBQ: professional, friendly, caring, and team-oriented with a passion for excellence.

Key Process

Support catering team in increasing catering, event, and group meals sales year over year.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound sales calls and emails
  • Create and maintain lead lists and conduct in-person visits and/or calls
  • Represent Smokey Mo's at networking and exhibition events as needed
