Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a Cook, Catering Prep role on the University TX - Dallas campus. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts with pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour. Location is University TX - Dallas, 800 West Campbell Road, Richardson, TX 75080.

Prior catering experience is preferred; diversity and inclusion are emphasized. As a member of the campus dining team, you will prepare food to production standards, follow recipes, and maintain HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Catering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
