Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries, verify satisfaction with guests, and ensure daily catering accounting tasks are completed accurately.

You will also make at least two sales calls daily and record them in the sales report, while preparing front-of-house and back-of-house catering prep lists and supporting management with other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• Check with drivers and guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure all catering accounting procedures are completed daily.
• Make at least two sales calls a day and enter them into the sales report.
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders.
• Other duties as requested by management.
