Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Manager to lead all aspects of catering solutions and events at the Phoenix location. You will guide the catering team to fulfill events and delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.

You will develop solutions, maintain client relations, and ensure quality in event planning, execution, and reporting. The role requires supervisory experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and flexibility for event-based hours.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Prior experience in management or supervisory positions is preferred.
• Experience in events, hospitality, and catering is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Availability for event-based hours.
• Excellent communications skills are essential.
• Food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required.
• Lifts up to 50 lb and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete catering solutions to meet customers' needs.
• Maintain client and customer rapport.
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and executing events.
• Coordinate delivery and setup of events from banquet orders.
• Assist clients in planning special events and providing solutions.
• Train and lead catering staff to ensure quality and standards.
• Provide banquet orders to team and ensure all requests are met.
• Deliver food and manage labor targets.
• Oversee events of varied size, including staffing and management.
