Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to own the success of our catering operations, guiding events from planning to delivery. You’ll communicate with customers, manage catering orders, and personally deliver meals to ensure on-time service.

You’ll contribute to exceptional guest experiences, support your manager, and help uphold our warm, friendly Panera culture while working with a motivated team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for restaurant catering.
• Knowledge of food safety and health safety practices.
• Experience in food service or retail is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of catering operations and customer interactions.
• Communicate with and support catering customers throughout the process.
