Job summary

Café Zupas in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Catering Manager to drive revenue through catering sales and client relationships. You will manage a restaurant's catering program, coordinate delivery and service, and build authentic relationships with clients while leading a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering sales or restaurant events (≤140 chars).
• Strong client relationship-building and prospecting skills (≤140 chars).
• Ability to manage multiple orders and coordinate delivery (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Direct catering sales growth and revenue development for the restaurant's catering program.
• Manage the individual restaurant’s catering business and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Form authentic relationships with catering clients and generate new catering leads.
• Coordinate the team to successfully prepare and deliver orders and events.
