Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and events? We’re expanding our team in New York City to support exciting new client partnerships and are looking for multiple Catering Managersto join our growing operation!

As a Catering Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. You’ll oversee all aspects of catering operations—from training and supervising staff to managing event logistics and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all catering events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics, quality control, sanitation, and facility operations.
• Collaborate with the Chef to design and refine menus.
• Train catering staff in service techniques, presentation, and customer care.
• Monitor labor and food costs for each event to ensure profitability.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, staff, and leadership.
• Support all foodservice-related activities and step in where needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ yearsof food service experience, including1 year in a management role.
• Provencatering experiencein restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.
• Financial and budgeting skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency inMS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certificationrequired.
