**Job Description**

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Catering Manager position at Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital in Plano, TX. The Catering Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location. This role involves leading the Catering team to ensure the successful completion of events and catering delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Develop and execute catering solutions tailored to customer needs.
2. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers.
3. Ensure consistent quality in planning and executing events.
4. Coordinate the delivery of prepared food and setup of events based on banquet event orders.
5. Assist clients in planning special events and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
6. Train and lead catering staff to uphold catering and event standards, ensuring quality in final presentation.
7. Provide completed Banquet Event Orders to the team and ensure all requests are met prior to events.
8. Manage food and labor costs to meet targets.
9. Execute catering events of various sizes and scopes, including staffing and management.
10. Accurately report all catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables.
11. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members.
12. Ensure compliance with all food safety, occupational, and environmental policies.

**Qualifications**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including prior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in coordinating, executing, and managing catering events.
• Knowledge of Catertrax or similar catering software preferred.
• Experience with ordering decorations, renting equipment, and hiring temporary labor is preferred.
