Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food handler's card or certification as required by law.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliable vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events and setup as needed.
• Adhere to health and food-safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality and presentation.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
