Job summary

Panera offers a Catering Lead role that focuses on planning and producing catering orders, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of Panera dishes to events, and delivering a seamless guest experience at every function.

You will uphold health and food safety standards, build strong guest relationships, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses and schools while supporting managers and team members to foster warmth and trust.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth and trust.
