Job summary

Panera Bread in Spokane, WA is seeking a Catering Lead to guide our catering events with warm service and reliable execution. You will manage catering orders, assist with deliveries, uphold health and safety standards, promote Panera catering to local businesses, and support managers and teammates.

Be the ambassador of Panera's values, help guests plan tasty events, and ensure every order is accurate and timely.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler's Card where required).
Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Own vehicle and valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.
Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

Manage and produce catering orders for our guests.
Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
Maintain Panera's exceptional standards for craveable food quality.
Build excitement and interest in Panera's catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
Assists and support your Managers and Team Members as needed.
Help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
