Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure timely, accurate food service for events in Moreno Valley, CA. The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Enjoy people and have effective communication skills.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Own a vehicle to deliver orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Must safely operate a passenger vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Adhere strictly to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain high Panera food quality standards.
• Build excitement and interest in Panera's products and services.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
