Job summary

Panera in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, craft memorable events, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of craveable Panera dishes.

You will work with guests to plan menus, respond to inquiries, and uphold health and safety standards while promoting Panera Catering to local businesses and schools. The role requires 18+, a Food Handler's Card where required, a own vehicle for deliveries, and ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training.
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
