Panera is hiring a Catering Lead in Richmond, KY. You will manage catering orders, deliver memorable service, and coordinate with events to ensure on-time, accurate food delivery. This role emphasizes proactive follow-ups and friendly interactions that make guests feel welcome.

You’ll work with a team to uphold Panera's high food safety standards, grow catering opportunities with local businesses, schools, and events, and support your managers and teammates every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic food safety understanding and Card training as required.
• Enjoy people and have effective communication skills.
• Self-starter capable of meeting goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Must safely operate a passenger vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Clear communication and quick understanding in a loud environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Build interest in Panera's products and services.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
