Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Clark, NJ to plan and manage catering orders, ensuring delicious, reliable service for events. You will coordinate guest inquiries, supervise order delivery, and uphold Panera’s food safety standards.

You will build relationships with local businesses and schools while supporting managers and teammates in a fast-paced environment that values warmth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-starter with goal-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and valid driving record
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours
• Clear communication in a loud environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to guests' events as needed.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's quality standards for craveable food.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
