Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to drive our catering operations, planning and coordinating orders for events while ensuring top-notch service and food safety. You will engage with guests, arrange delivery or pickup, and uphold Panera's craveable standards.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and basic food safety training.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and own vehicle for deliveries.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver and set up catering at events as needed.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's food quality and craveable offerings.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
