Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Monroe, CT to plan and produce catering orders with warm, friendly service and proactive follow‑ups.

You will market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events, coordinate deliveries, and uphold health and safety standards while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Food safety training completed as required by law.
• Enjoy interacting with people and have effective communication skills.
• A self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for deliveries with a clean driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Capable to stand and walk up to 3 hours.
• Be an ambassador of Panera’s values and behaviors.

• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends; able to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects 25–50 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk up to 3 hours.
• Must communicate clearly and understand directions in a loud environment.

Pay

Competitive pay: $17.00–$20.25 per hour (depending on experience, job knowledge, and location).
