Job summary

Panera Bread Irondequoit is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, help guests plan events, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality food. You will deliver orders and uphold food safety and Panera standards.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have basic food safety training, strong communication, and a reliable vehicle for deliveries. You should be flexible for nights/weekends and able to lift 25–50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; ability to lift 25–50 pounds; stand/walk up to 3 hours.

As a Catering Lead at Panera, you play a crucial role in our catering operations. You help guests plan and choose delicious, familiar and fantastic Panera dishes for their events, respond to their inquiries and requirements, and guarantee hassle-free hosting with craveable food delivered promptly and accurately.

Your Role Includes:

• Manage and produce catering orders for our guests.

This Opportunity Is for You If:
