Position Summary

As a Catering Lead at Panera, you will help guests plan and order catering services, manage orders, provide friendly service, and ensure food quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and effective communication.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain high standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Assist managers and team members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter capable of meeting goals with limited supervision.
• Own a vehicle and have an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours; willing to work nights and weekends.
• Able to lift, carry, push or pull 25-50 pounds.
• Can stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
