Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and pack food for delivery to off-premise events according to production orders.
• Ensure correct quantity and type of items are sent to events as listed on production orders.
• Coordinate with food production stations to address missing or incorrect items.
• Ensure food is packaged correctly and in compliance with HACCP standards.
