Job summary

Just Fare is seeking a Catering Server/Driver in Oakland to manage daily meal execution, pack daily meals at the commissary, and drive them to client locations. You will set up and breakdown daily meal services, replenish the service line, host in client spaces, and ensure a clean, organized environment.

Role may cross-train in basic culinary tasks to support the team. The company emphasizes its social mission and provides meals, with additional responsibilities including reporting daily

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and assist with loading items
• Smart Phone Mobile device required for daily communications
• Basic Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Transport meals from Fare Kitchen to client location in company-provided van
• Assist in loading/unloading at onsite delivery dock and client office
• Set up and breakdown of daily meal services and service points
• Replenish service line and answer questions throughout service
• Host within office kitchen areas and maintain a clean environment
• Restock and organize snacks and beverages
• Monitor time/temperature for food safety
• Send end of service reports daily
