Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Complete orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
11. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
12. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
