Description

We have an exciting new opportunity for an hourly Catering Fulfillment Supervisor that will be responsible for all aspects of business-to business catering and gifting fulfillment operations. A successful candidate will be responsible for:prepping orders, coordinating deliveries, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating various aspects of the business from managing logistics, supervising assigned staff, and maintaining strict adherence to company standards, customer specifications, and customer service. Duties will include heavy focus on customer retention and may include new customer acquisition. This is an on-site position.

A successful candidate will:

  • Reliably open the store each morning starting the breakfast catering operations.
  • Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment in all B2B and Catering processes.
  • Plan and prepare for all day catering (including breakfast, lunch and dinner based on needs of the business).
  • Lead assigned staff to meet needs of the business.
  • Maintain product availability for Customers.
  • Execute basic Store opening / closing procedures and daily / weekly reports as assigned.
  • Perform various administrative functions i.e. banking and scheduling meeting.
  • Manage and monitor hourly labor using available tools. Make adjustments to staffing based on the demands of the business in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Monitor and manage product quality on Front of House and Back of House using established processes and tools.
  • Monitor production and sales efficiencies including wait times, yields and product quality.
  • Ensure proper sanitation procedures and uniform guidelines are met to include hand dip, hair nets, gloves and aprons.
  • Ensure FIFO rotation of all product in FOH and BOH including unproduced and produced hams and turkeys.
  • Handle complaints with 100% Customer satisfaction according to Company policy.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge Expert status in all Retail Merchandise.
  • Communicate Quality Assurance issues to General Manager and/or District Manager immediately.
  • Oversee unloading of shipments using established tools including checking quantities against invoice.
  • Oversee daily production paperwork including pull sheet, box weight sheet, unsalable sheet, and Holiday inventory sheet.
  • Perform other duties as required by business needs and store requirements.

Additional Requirements:

  • This position requires at least 2 years' of restaurant management or catering fulfillment experience.
  • Requires consistent bending, standing, twisting, stooping, and lifting of products and supplies weighing an average of 65 pounds.
  • Servsafe certification is preferred
  • This position requires a minimum of 30 hours/week and hours may vary during peak holiday seasons
