Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, setup, and cleanup for catering breaks, lunches, dinners, and events.
• Provide onsite A/V support and assist with room setups and registration tables.
• Serve as front desk/site coordinator, manage opening/closing duties and client interactions.
• Conduct weekly inventory and coordinate with vendors for food and paper supplies.
