Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Services Manager to lead all catering solutions and events at the Tallahassee location. You will guide the catering team to meet client expectations and service standards, driving successful delivery of events from planning through execution.

Responsibilities include developing catering solutions, maintaining client rapport, directing event logistics, training staff, and ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of experience in catering or related field.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be available for event-based hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver catering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead catering team and events to standards.
• Coordinate setup and delivery of events per banquet orders.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Report catering revenue and expenses.
• Manage staff for varied event sizes.
