Nibblers in Phoenix is seeking an Executive Sous Chef with a strong catering and events background to lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef. This role focuses on customized menus, guest experiences, and seamless event execution.

You will mentor a culinary team, uphold food safety standards, and partner with Sales and Operations to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate brings leadership, creativity, and a proven track record in profitability and menu innovation.

Qualifications

• Leadership of a diverse culinary team in a fast-paced catering environment.
• Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and food allergies.
• Experience managing budgets, food costs, and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations in partnership with the Executive Chef.
• Coach and develop culinary staff; schedule and provide feedback.
• Oversee catering and event menu execution from prep to service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor costs and optimize food and labor waste.
• Ensure inventory control and timely procurement.
