Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company at Stanford Graduate School of Business in Stanford, CA is seeking a full-time Catering Attendant. The role delivers and serves food at scheduled functions, may drive a catering delivery vehicle, and sets up and cleans the event area with attention to food safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include assembling and delivering food, maintaining temps, arranging décor and buffet setups, serving guests, and returning items to the facility.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, guest services, or hospitality experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision of the catering captain.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftover food and equipment promptly.
• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables and decorations; staffs buffet tables with food and service items.
• Serves food and beverages to guests and ensures friendly, courteous service.
