The position requires reliable transportation to off-premise and on-site events throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Virginia, and Maryland.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment; good knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up kitchen equipment for events (tables, linens, utensils).
• Assist with food preparation and re-heating to proper temperatures.
• Help with plating and serving while maintaining company standards.
• Be accessible as a station attendant and interact with guests professionally.
• Breakdown and clean up equipment and return items to proper areas.
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and guest service policies.
