The Catering Banquet Lead plays a crucial role in setting up and overseeing catered events. Responsibilities include reviewing BEOs, gathering and loading equipment, supplies, and food/beverages, arranging and dismantling events, managing staff, and communicating with the event point of contact. They also supervise the catering team, coordinate with venue managers and event planners, and organize transportation for food and equipment.
