Bluestar Refreshment Services in Fremont, CA is hiring immediately for a full-time Driver Helper. The role involves food delivery in a catering setting, setup and breakdown of events, and serving guests.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license and relevant food handler or alcohol server permits as dictated by state law. Schedule is Monday–Friday, early morning hours with a pay rate of $18.70–$18.78 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles safely.
• Food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
• Clean and pack dishes and utensils for removal to the Catering Department.
• Return unserved foods, beverages, serving equipment, and utensils to the Catering Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
