Job Summary: As an outstanding Catering Director, you will lead our world-class catering and events team at a high-volume premier account (Fidelity) in Boston, MA. This is an outstanding opportunity to build exceptionally memorable experiences for our clients and guests while working in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinates and leads all aspects of internal and external catering events.
2. Develops and maintains the catering marketing plan, including a comprehensive event planning service to clients and detailed menu development.
3. Hires, trains, and schedules catering staff; actively involved in the development of existing catering staff in-service techniques, menu presentation, policies, and procedures.
4. Ensures successful operations of catering functions including labor cost control, food cost control, preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup of all events.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 3 years in Catering management in high volume establishment(s).
2. Experience in booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment.
3. Proven ability to supervise food preparation, service, and cleanup.
