Responsibilities

• Assist in daily kitchen and dining service operations.

• Assist in preparing, delivery and service of catering events.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, store rooms, and dining area.
• Monitor hours for student workers and maintain attendance records.
• Open/close procedures and ensure end-of-shift sanitation.
